Fallkniven F1XB  Tungsten Carbide Coating

 

New from Fallkniven a superb range of survival knives to compete with the very best in the World.

The X range is based on the popular A1, S1 and F1 seris of knives and shares all the excellent design qualitys of those iconic tools, however the new X range has a redesigned handle with exposed tang and slabs of thermorun.

The BLACK (Tungsten Carbide) coated versions have one of the hardest coatings available with a surface hardeness of 83HRC! (2400 HV Vickers). Though all coates will wear with use and sharpening, this is about the best blade coat available.

 

The Zytel Sheath is also redesigned allowing for more articulation and control.

 

The X ranges uses the superb laminated Colbolt Steel (60HRC) and the knives are a modified
