Grohmann Fillet Knife

The perfect knife for the Canadian Fisherman.

Made in Canada by Grohmann Knives, this is a flexible Fillet Knife ideal for Fish prep. The German Stainless blade is a great slicer and resists tarnish and at 1.5mm thick has good flexibility too.

The handle is large for a good grip and made of tough Rosewood, the blade is let into the one piece slab and fixed with three Brass Pins and a lanyard hole has also been drilled.

The Blade in 5in long, approx 1.5mm thick and OAL is 11in.

Knife comes with a quality Cordura Sheath.
